Connor Fox was born and raised in Leesburg, Virginia. His parents are Michael Fux and Rebecca Paul. He has four older sisters, "Debra, Stephanie, Michaela and Shoshana." At Loudoun County High School, Fox played on the Baseball & Football teams as well as acting in many plays. He attended the American Academy at seventeen and then got a BA in theatre at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA.
